Stand numbers will be automatically issued and we'll let you know your stand number a week prior to the event.
Once you have completed the booking form, we'll send you confirmation of your booking and your invoice.
All stands are sold on a first come first served basis.
Exhibitors who fail to attend the show will not be entitled to a refund. Cancellation of stands less than 4 weeks before the event will be charged in full.

You'll be assigned a stand number around 7 days before the event, but please start promoting your attendance straight away to let your network and connections know that you're exhibiting.
